Updates to our Salon Policy
LATE CANCELATION AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Late cancellations and no shows will incur a $50 cancellation fee OR 50% of the total value of the service, whichever is lesser.
DEPOSITS
Deposits for new sets and new clients of services valued at $50 and more, will be $50.
DISCOUNT FOR PREPAYING FOR NEW SETS
There will no longer be a 10% discount for prepayment of new sets.
REFILLS
Forr refills from another salon, please contact us before booking as a consultation is required first. We may not be able to refill them and may require a removal and a new set.

Add to your refill when more volume is needed or desired. Boosts can only be added to a refill appointment, they are not valid on their own. Adds an extra 10-15/eye. Only available as an add-on to a refill service.

Gift voucher redemptions will be at the price for the date it is redeemed. If you have a voucher, you can book AND redeem it in advance to secure the current prices before the adjustments commence. Please contact us to book and/or redeem your vouchers prior to 1 October.
