-Refill Boosts are only valid when booked with a refill appointment. If you book a Refill Boost only, the appointment will be void.
-Do not use online bookings if your previous services was done at a non Just Lashes salon. A consultation may be needed prior to your lash appointment.
By making an appointment with Just Lashes, you hereby agree to the Terms of Booking and Salon Policies. Please ensure to read and understand them before proceeding with a booking. If you have any queries, please give us a call or email and we are happy to answer all of your questions.
Please also review our FAQ page, as well as consider the risks and side effects of the service your booking in for. We are happy to answer any question you have and love assisting with enquiries. We are lash geeks after all!
Important note: Deposits are required when making appointments for new sets, new clients booking in for refills and appointments that are 1 hour in duration or longer. Online bookings require full payment at the time of booking. Pre-payments are non-refundable and we require 24 hours notice to cancel or make changes to a booking. Please see our Terms above for all information about our policies, prior to booking.

Note: Our salons are usually very busy and if our team members are with clients, they are not able to answer the phone. Please leave a message and they will return your call as soon as possible. Please be mindful that sometimes this may not be until the end of the day. Our booking centre can also get very busy. New client enquiries can take up to 10 minutes and this can feel like a long time even if you're the first person in the queue. If you're waiting longer than 3 minutes, please choose the option to leave a message and we will call you back.
