You will be required to prepay in full when using online bookings, so please review our booking terms carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.

REFILL BOOSTS: Are only valid when booked with a refill appointment. If you book a Refill Boost only, the appointment will be void.

FOREIGN REFILLS: Just Lashes welcome foreign refills, however we will need to ensure that we can work with them before you make a booking. A quick in-person consultation is the best way for us to do this, or even just pop in to the salon if you're passing by. If we can't work with them, we will recommend a removal and new set.

Important note: Deposits are required for online bookings, when making appointments for new sets, new clients booking in for refills and appointments that are 30 mins in duration or longer. Online bookings require a deposit for all services at the time of booking.Please see our Terms above for all information about our policies, prior to booking.

Note: Our salons are usually very busy and if our team members are with clients, they are not able to answer the phone. Please leave a message and they will return your call as soon as possible. Please be mindful that sometimes this may not be until the end of the day. Our booking centre can also get very busy. New client enquiries can take up to 10 minutes and this can feel like a long time even if you're the first person in the queue. If you're waiting longer than 3 minutes, please choose the option to leave a message and we will call you back.
