Just Lashes Team Leader/Manager
Full time - Various Locations Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Melbourne
Just Lashes is a leader in the Eyelash Extension industry with seven salons across NSW and VIC. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking our next generation of salon leaders.

Lash Experience
Our salon leaders take a dual role, depending on the needs of the location either as a Lash Specialist or the Lash Bar Rep.
If you would like to apply for a Lash Specialist/Team Leader position:
- A minimum of 2 years lashing experience and be able to demonstrate practical and theoretical skills
OR
- Be prepared to under-go a training program with our preferred provider, as a pre-requisite for this role
Note: You do not require to have qualifications in beauty therapy, however you must demonstrate an enthusiastic interest in beauty and prior management experience is an advantage.

Selection Criteria
- Previous experience in managing customer service and retail in a salon facility preferred
- Ability to manage store operations independently.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver services in line with policies and procedures
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills.
- Be a proactive and independent thinker and decision-maker to achieve individual and team business outcomes .
- Support staff to embrace changing environments
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel (or equivalent) and/or salon software preferred
- Work location may vary between our other Just Lashes locations
- Some travel may be required
