Updates to our Salon Policy
LATE CANCELATION AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Late cancellations and no shows will incur a $50 cancellation fee OR the full value of the service for prepaid appointments. It is unlikely we will charge a fee if your appointment is able to be filled at equal value.
DEPOSITS
Deposits for new sets and new clients of services valued at $50 and more, will be $50.
DISCOUNT FOR PREPAYING FOR NEW SETS
There will be a 10% discount for prepayment of new sets, including when booked online. We don't refund for change of mind. If you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel your payment will be available for future use. If you cancel within 24 hours, the cancelation fee may be the value of the service. This is because we have offered the discount in exchnage for a guarantee the appointment will proceed.
REFILLS
Forr refills from another salon, please contact us before booking as a consultation is required first. We may not be able to refill them and may require a removal and a new set.

Add to your refill when more volume is needed or desired. Boosts can only be added to a refill appointment, they are not valid on their own. Adds an extra 10-15/eye. Only available as an add-on to a refill service.
