Terms and Conditions

1. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.

2. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.

4. The competition is being run by Lashtek Pty Ltd  of 10/34 John St Warners Bay NSW 2282, New South Wales Australia

5. The Like Share Tag Facebook promotion- First Prize win a Just Lashes $150 gift voucher, second prize is 1 x $50 Just Lashes Lash Cash Cards, third Prize is 1 x $50 Just Lashes Lash Cash Card and forth prize is 1 x $25 Just Lashes Lash Cash Card. There will be at one draw for each  of the following Just Lashes Salons-Newcastle, Charlestown and Greenhills. The competition commences at 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 3/5/2018.

6. The closing time for entering the competition is 5:00pm 31/5/2018 ST on  28/05/2018

7. To enter the competition, the entrant must Like the Facebook page, Share the post and Tag a friend they would give this gift to. The post share can be set to public, so we can see it and validate the entry. Alternatively,  send a screenshot confirming the share to our facebook pages.

8. Entry to the competition is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet.

9. Entrants may enter multiple times however only once with the same friend. 

10. Staff employed by Lashtek Pty Ltd, Just Lashes or its franchisees or other associated entity are not eligible to enter the competition.

11. There will be four (4) separate draws at 12 noon, Eastern Standard time on Friday 1st June 2018 at Charlestown Salon Pearson Street Charlestown, Tuesday 5 June 2018 at Newcastle Salon Darby Street Newcastle and Greenhills Salon Molly Morgan Drive East Maitland. The draws will be by random computer draw from all eligible entries received with the first entries drawn at each salon being the prize winners. 

12.  The prize winners will be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw by phone, email of Facebook post. 

13. If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize in 30 of the original draw date the prize will be redrawn, in the same location, and with the same method. Redraws will continue in the same manner until all prize has been claimed by prize winner.

14. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

15. The prize may be collected in person by the prize winner or parent/legal guardian or may be mailed/couriered 

16. The prize winner, or if under the age of 18 years their parent or legal guardian, may be required to provide evidence of their identity (such as photographic ID, birth certificate or current passport) when receiving the prize.

17. The prize winner will be responsible for any additional costs associated with collecting and using the prize.

18. By entering the competition the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years, of if under the age of 18 years, have their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to enter the competition.

19. The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.

20. The prize is not transferrable.

21. The prize winner’s name will be published on the Just Lashes website and social media accounts. By entering the competition, entrants grant Just Lashes permission to use their full name and suburb for a minimum of six (6) months and can be removed thereafter if requested by the winner.

22. Lashtek Pty Ltd is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this competition.

23. Lashtek Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.

24. Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.

25. Lashtek Pty Ltd’s decision will be final and no correspondence

will be entered into.

 26. Personal information provided by an entrant to Lashtek Pty Ltd for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Lashtek Pty Ltd Privacy Statement. A copy of the privacy statement is available at. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the Lashtek Pty Ltd privacy statement and these Terms and Conditions.

 

Each entry is assigned a unique and sequential identifying number. Using the RANDOM.ORG Random Integer Generator, a number will be returned as the prize winner.
