Dear Our Valued Lash Lovers,
Restrictions have begun to ease and we welcome all clients in to the salon. For the time being, we ask that you still wear a mask and it is still mandatory to check in using the QR code at beauty salons.
In light of the recent outbreaks and isolation requirement, some of our salons have been severely affected and may be required, or make the decision, to close for periods of time. We know this is inconvenient and disappointing when you can't get in for your appointment, believe that its heartbreaking for us! We thank you so much for your understanding and flexibility as we navigate these challenges. xx

We are so excited to see your smiling faces!
We're sure by now you have heard the announcement about the expected re-opening date for businesses in NSW. Our salons will be re-opening the week commencing 11/10/2021. At this time, we will need to operate in accordance with the NSW Government regulations to ensure that we can see you all in our salons as soon as possible. As things change rapidly, please check with your local Just Lashes about any requirements for your appointment.

New Update 25th of May 2020!
To Our Valued Lash Lovers
It's a date! The NSW Government has confirmed that the beauty industry is back in business as on 1 June 2020... with strict COVID-Safe Plans. Just Lashes have always been very mindful of hygiene, safety and sanitation and ensuring a safe environment for our clients. We have implemented further processes to ensure that our salon is compliant with COVID-Safe and have developed a plan based on the NSW Department on Health and our Industry Peak Body - Hair and Beauty Association (HABA). Some key points to remember are:
* we may be operating at a reduced capacity, appointments can be limited so please book in advance to avoid missing out.
* don't attend an appointment if you are unwell, have any symptoms or are required to quarantine/self isolate
* you will be required to provide and/or confirm your address and phone number prior to receiving treatment
* visitors and guests are not allowed in the salon including the wait areas
* arrive to your appointment on time (no earlier or later). If you arrive early you will be asked to wait outside or in your car until its time for your appointment
* we will temperature check using a contactless thermometer
* follow the Covid dots to know where you can stand and where you can walk in the salon. You may need to wait in turn to walk through a narrow area.
* hand sanitiser is mandatory upon arrival
* please pay with contactless methods (no cash). We welcome remote prepayment to avoid lingering at the front desk
* do not touch surfaces in the salon without necessity

To Our Valued Lash Lovers
As the Covid-19 plot gets thicker, even thicker than our Extreme Volume Set, it’s with much sadness we must inform you of our temporary closure as directed by the Australian Government. This is effective as of midnight tonight, Wednesday 25th of March 2020.
The health and safety of our teams and our clients is our highest priority and we understand that this action is essential in helping to get the situation under control. While we don’t yet know how long this is for, we will be sure to keep you updated on our reopening. I don’t know who’s looking forward to it more, you or us?!
All appointments after Wednesday 25th March 2020 are cancelled.
We are making the most of our time before lockdown and have extended or expanded our hours as much as possible for today, to accommodate your booking requests, we know you want your lush Lashes while in isolation!
If you have prepaid appointments, packages, gift vouchers or credits, any expiry dates will be extended and they will be available for use when we are once again taking bookings.
We know that many of you are serious ‘Self-declared Lash Addicts’ and you may want to know if we can sneak you in or do your lashes ‘on the side’. While we would love nothing more than to continue giving your lash- fix, this matter is serious and we must comply with the regulations. This means self-isolating and doing our bit by not providing or receiving beauty services, regardless of whether it is at the salon, at your home or ours. In light of this, we ask that you don’t approach our team members directly and ask them to do lash/beauty services during the shutdown, this puts them in an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe position, as well as risking breaking the Law.
This means we may have to live Lash-Less for a little while… but we are as strong as our lash extensions…. WE CAN DO THIS! When we get to the other side and we are open and thriving once again, your new set of lashes will be fresh and gorgeous and like many things that we have taken for granted, we will be so much more appreciative of what Lashes do to make your life better.

We are currently open and accepting bookings
These are uncertain times for us all and there is lots of information from many sources being advised to the Australian Public. We will use the Government website www.health.gov.au for all health matters regarding this virus and will act immediately upon any health and safety updates.
We care about our amazing employees and wonderful clients and ask that if you have symptoms of the coronavirus, travelled overseas in the last 14 days or been in contact with someone that may have the coronavirus to reschedule your appointment.
Our Commitment to you is we are delivering the highest of hygienic and infection control practices in our salons.
In addition to our already high hygiene standards, we have made some changes and implemented further activities including (not limited to): disinfecting all surfaces after each client appointment, having all clients use hand sanitising gel on arrival, face masks will be available for clients to wear (note that we always wear a mask during your appointments), removal of make-up testers from the shelves, regularly cleaning and disinfecting the salon several times daily. Gloves will be worn for relevant services to prevent skin: skin contact. We have always disinfected our tweezers between clients, and this will continue.
We have also implemented a NO CASH policy to help reduce the risk of contamination. We will accept eft pos, direct deposit, Zip and AfterPay.
