An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer (CSO) with a bubbly, outgoing personality to join Australia's fastest growing business specialising in eyelash extensions.

 

The CSO answers calls on our 1300 number, manages bookings via phone and emails, responds to general enquiries, create appointments, data management, customer relations and resolves issues. They liaise with franchise owners and corporate management, including identifying client and system solutions.

 

The role is fast paced and a high level of organisation, prioritisation and problem solving is required. You are the first point of contact to Just Lashes and therefore the first impression, so a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written to give our clients that Wow-Factor!

 

Experience in marketing and sales is an advantage.
