Experienced Lash Specialist

Various locations Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong 

Full time or Casual

 

We are looking for team members who are fully trained in quality lash extensions and can meet the Just Lashes standards. You will be trustworthy, reliable, energetic, charismatic, a team player and fast learner with a natural ability to connect with people and build relationships is essential.

Lash Experience

  • Has completed a high quality lash extension training course 

  • Exceptional standard of Classic Lashing

  • Exceptional standard of Volume Lashing is an advantage, but not essential

  • Able to complete an application of 120 lashes per hour (total)

  • Further training can be arranged, in advanced skilling such as Russian Volume Lashes, Bottom Lashes, Advanced Design, Threading.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients 

  • Positive attitude towards change and can easily adapt to meet the needs of a changing environment 

  • Pay close attention to detail 

  • Have availability to work weekdays, weekends and evenings if required

  • Goal orientated. Enjoys working towards goals, targets and KPI’s 

  • High level of respect and understanding for company policies/procedures 

  • Able to make sound decisions, in accordance with company policy and procedures 

  • Works well within a team environment, respects diversity and the roles of all members 

  • Enjoys personal development, takes responsibility for own learning and views constructive 

  • feedback as opportunity to grow 

  • Takes direction and follows instruction, is flexible and adaptable and puts the companies  needs before own opinions 

  • Innovative, brings ideas to the company and contributes to its growth and success 

 

Other eligibility requirements

* Have a 7 day availability, be prepared to work at least one weekend day and some evenings

* Be available (annual leave block out period) during our peak season October to December
