Terms and Conditions
1.To join as a VIP, you will pay the $99 per month in advance for your services, you can either do this as a new client and get your first glam set at VIP prices of $99 and then $99 for your loyalty pack.
2.For existing clients, you can just ask the staff on site at your JL lounge to give you a VIP registration form and then pay the $99 monthly loyalty fee and start saving straight away
3.To enjoy your VIP savings, you need to stay in advance with your membership, you have one month to use your services and we monitor this by giving you a loyalty points program, when you use up your last points for the month with a service, then you owe the next month in advance.
4.If you let the loyalty pack lapse for more than 7 days, you are then required to pay for a new set of glam @ $99 & another $99 in advance to re join (best not to allow this to happen)
5.After 6 months of your loyalty to us, we will remove your existing set and do a complimentary set in accordance with the level of your membership. This offer is then on an annual basis.
6.The VIP Membership is non-transferrable and only registered members can redeem points.
7.The VIP Membership fee is non-refundable for unused services.
8.24 hours notice is required for any appointment needing to be rescheduled and no show without notice will result in the lost of points for the service booked.
9.In the event the membership card is lost and needs to be replaced, a $2 fee will apply.
10.To upgrade membership, we will include complimentary removal of existing lashes, and you will pay member's cost of your new set and your first months membership fee.
11.Membership must be renewed upon points being used.
12.NO SHOW will incurr points to the value of the service booked.
